Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I pay by my credits card for the room rate?
A: We are sorry, but we our property accept cash only payment.

Q: Is it possible to extend the check-out?
A: There is extra cost if you want to extend your check out time after 11:00am, and it depends on the room avialability. Please confirm at the front desk during your stay.

Q: Before check-in and after check-out, could you keep my luggage ?
A: We'll keep your luggage at the front desk. For Valuables, please keep them on your own.

Q: Can I check-in before 15 o'clock?
A: It subjected to room availability upon your check in. Please confirm with front desk while you are checking in.

Q: Can I send post package to your property?
A: Please fill I have you send the staying day and the accommodation's name in the remarks column of sending documents. In addition, we'll be truly appreaciated if you inform us in advance.

Q: Can I use Internet in the hotel?
A:  Free Wifi is only available in hotel restaurant and near front desk. ※ It is possible wired LAN connection only part of the rooms. (PC rental not possible.)

Q: Can I make a reservation in advance for anniversary cakes and flowers ?
A: Anniversary caskes and flowers, such as  birthday cakes, please confirm with us at the time of booking.

Q: How do I settlement in the case of invitations such as subscriber and accommodation who are different?
A: Your visitors prior to the check-in day, or please do not pay by bank transfer.

Q: What should I pay if name on reservation and the actual guests who stay at your properties are diffrent?
A: You may visit our property in advance to pay for the room rate, or we also accept wire transaction for the room rate.

Q: How many private open-air bath are there in your property?
A: Semi-open-air to each room is there is a two and a large open-air bath "hot water of the red maple."
In addition, Please note that your use of the large open-air bath can not make a reservation first-come, first-served basis.

◆ Question about your diet preferance

Q: Can I customise my meal due to my alergic to certain foods?
A: We will try our best to fullfil your request on that, but it's subjected to availability. Please do confirm with us by the time you make a reservation.

Q: Do you have a meal for children? 
A: For children under 5 yeard old, we offer a "child lunch".

Q: Can I add more dishes from your menu?
A: It is possible subjected to availability upon your request. Please do confirm with us by the time you make a reservation.
Q: Do you prapare food for my pet?
A: We are sorry, but we don't prepare pet food for you. Please bring them on your own.

Q: Are the large dogs allowed to stay with us?
A: We are sorry, but we only allow small dogs weighing less than 10kg to stay with you.

Q: Is there any places that limit pet to use?
A: Only in the property restaurant pets are not allowed to get in. Please use the pet cage of rooms equipping when you leave your room for your meals. When you are having meals in your rooms, it does not matter. With regard to the customer to be used together with your dog we will give you the etiquette to follow at the time of check -in .
